Testimonial - trainee in FREJA
My name is Jonas Agerlin. I am trainee with FREJA in Taastrup where I started February 1st 2010.
In FREJA you quickly become an important part of the team. It has surprised me a little that the step is not very big from being trainee to planner with responsibility of you own country or district. In the beginning you are being looked over the shoulder, but the more you show what you can do, the more they let you do on your own. However, I never feel all alone. People are very good at lending a helping hand. I have super colleagues who are always ready to assist.
My name is Malene Lemme Jakobsen. I am trainee with FREJA in Stilling where I started August 1st 2011.
I have been FREJA employee for a year. Ever since I came to FREJA for the interview, I have had no doubts about this place being the right one for me as a trainee.
When I came into the office the first day, I found a bouquet of flowers on my desk. I had a tour of the house and met all my new colleagues. I was greeted very well and already from the first day, I felt like part of the team. This somehow surprised me, as I had thought the first couple of weeks would mean making coffee and filing cases.
All my colleagues have been super – taking time to teach and explain. At no time I have felt like a drag, even though I may have had to ask the same thing a hundred times. You really are given a lot of responsibility right from the beginning. This naturally means that you make a few mistakes, but the attitude to this is also that you learn something from your mistakes.
The transport business is a very interesting business. New things happen all the time and no two days are the same.
FREJA is a really good place to work with lots of nice colleagues and share activities after work. There is always someone to talk to and ask for advice.
